Bubi’s Sauce started with inspiration from an indulgent Chef being heavy handed with excessive amounts of fresh garlic. Back in 1984, in a house turned restaurant on a corner in Windsor Ontario Canada, the customers would walk into the kitchen of Bubi’s Awesome Eats and say, “You should definitely tone down the garlic in that sauce. Everybody likes garlic, but that is way overboard and needs to be less!”
