These meatballs are delicious and super convenient. It’s hard to find pre-cooked, grass-fed beef products for those quick weeknight meals. We ordered and received the 8 pack bundle about a week ago (they arrived in less than < 48 hours) and we've already gone through two bags. The first bag we par-heated in the microwave, sliced, and added as a topping to our homemade pizzas before putting them in the oven. The second bag we heated on the skillet on high heat to give them a bit of a char, then chopped them up to make beef quesadillas (made w/ almond flour tortillas and grass-fed mozzarella and cheddar). Needless to say, we'll be ordering soon. If you prefer grass-fed beef in your home, do yourself a favor and just stock your freezer with these.
They are 5 stars for flavor, convenience, and value. I wish I could give 4.5 stars, since the one thing I wish I knew is if they were 100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished. They are still a must-buy, as these are best-in-class for what's currently on the market.
