About Regal New Zealand King Salmon

King salmon is known as the rarest species of salmon in the world, sought after by experts for its superb culinary attributes – a vibrant color, melt in the mouth texture and rich flavor. We raise our King salmon in the clean & cold waters of New Zealand’s Marlborough Sounds. It’s the unique mix of currents, water quality and temperatures, the ‘merroir’, of the Marlborough Sounds, combined with the expertise of our master smokers, that delivers as outstanding Regal King Salmon taste experience.

King salmon makes up 0.7% of the worlds salmon population. As the worlds largest producer of King salmon, we produce just over 50% of the worlds supply. So when you choose Regal New Zealand King Salmon, you can be sure you’re enjoying the finest salmon in the world.

We challenge you to taste the difference.
